Terms of Service
These terms apply to Codemad's Publisher (the "Tool"), a private tool operated by Codemad for publishing Codemad's own content to Codemad's own social media accounts.
1. Who can use the Tool
The Tool is not open to the public. Only Codemad and people Codemad invites may use it. Codemad can remove anyone's access at any time.
2. What the Tool does
The Tool lets an authorised user connect a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account they own or manage, then upload videos and photo posts to that account. Posts can be published directly or sent to the platform's drafts or inbox to be finished in the platform's own app.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
- Only upload content you created or have the rights to use.
- Follow the rules of each platform you post to, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use and YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Third-party platforms
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube are run by other companies. The Tool only acts on an account after its owner approves access on that platform. The owner can remove that access at any time in the platform's own settings. Codemad is not responsible for how these platforms handle content once it is uploaded.
5. No warranty
The Tool is provided as is. Codemad tries to keep it working reliably but does not promise that every scheduled post will be uploaded on time or without errors.
6. Changes
Codemad may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to codemad.edu@gmail.com.
